Cougar Excursion 2025

Cougar Excursion (CE) is an exciting leadership development program for first-year and transfer students at the College of Charleston. It will be held on Thursday, August 14th to Saturday, August 16th at Camp St. Christopher on Seabrook Island. The program is designed to help students build knowledge and community to ensure a successful first year at the College. 

Program Details: 

  • Dates: Thursday, August 14th - Saturday, August 16th
  • Move-In Date: Wednesday, August 13th
  • Location: Camp St. Christopher, Seabrook Island
  • Cost: $250 (covers lodging, activities, transportation, and meals)
  • Early Move-In Fee: Students will incur an early move-in fee if they participate, which will be applied to their student account, regardless of whether they stay on campus or off-campus during the program. 
Registration: 
  • Space is limited.
  • Scholarships are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
  • Payment can be made by credit card or check. 
  • To pay by check, send your payment to:

    • Your registration will be confirmed when your check is received.

Important Notes:
  • If you plan to participate in Fall 2025 Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment or Orientation Sessions on August 14th and 15th, you cannot attend Cougar Excursion, as the program overlaps with these dates.
