Patient Criteria and Requirements for Teeth Whitening

• Received a dental prophylaxis within the past 3 months
• No restorative dental needs or evidence of an unhealthy mouth (i.e. decay, broken teeth, etc.) *Clearance by dentist required before delivery of whitening.*
• No detectable calculus (tartar) upon examination
• At least 18 years of age
• Tobacco cessation for 6 months or more
• Current radiographs (x-rays) - less than 1 (one) year old
• Ability to return to clinic 3 weeks after procedure
