Exam dates for 2024: April 13 & 14 GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CRDTS, INC. TESTING SITE An administrative/clinic test site fee is required. Site fee includes items listed in the notification letter. To avoid cancellation of your reserved spot for testing at CSU, please be sure you select the correct test site fee (CSU current student internal applicant or non-CSU student external applicant) prior to adding the fee to the shopping cart and paying the fee. Ultra-Sonic units and inserts are available for rent from Clayton State University for a non-refundable rental fee. You may add the desired rental to your shopping cart. Site fees/rental requests are non-refundable and must be paid on or before Wednesday, March 27th If the site fee is not paid by March 27th, you will not be allowed take the CRDTS Examination at Clayton State University.
