To avoid cancellation of your reserved testing spot at Clayton State University, please ensure you select the correct test site fee (CSU current student/internal applicant or non-CSU student/external applicant) before adding the fee to your shopping cart and completing payment.
Ultrasonic units and inserts are available for rent through Clayton State University for a non-refundable rental fee. If needed, please add the appropriate rental option to your shopping cart at the time of payment.
All site fees and equipment rental fees are non-refundable
Fees must be paid on or before the due date listed in the site fee letter
Failure to submit payment by the deadline will result in ineligibility to take the CRDTS Examination at Clayton State University
