2023 Bulldog Swim Camp

The objective of our camp is to instruct swimmers of all abilities in innovative and modern stroke mechanics used by today’s top programs and coaches. Swimmers will learn in a fun atmosphere with a small group focus. Swimmers will be exposed to stroke technique of the four competitive strokes as well as starts and turns. Campers will also learn in daily classroom sessions covering stroke technique, race strategy, and nutrition.
