The Teacher Certification Program within the Continuing Education department at Austin Community College assists
qualified applicants in achieving Texas Standard Teacher Certification. We currently offer two pathways: the
Traditional Program, which can be completed in 18-24 months, and our Residency Program, which can be completed
in one calendar year.
