Walter Surdacki -- Healthy Churches are Healthy Bodies: The Vital Need for Intergenerational Ministry

Leading research shows that the fragmentation of the church has done a disservice for all members of the church, both young and old. As we have developed structures in order to “divide and conquer” the different demographics of our churches, we have isolated far too many members from one another. This session will look at findings from the National Study of Youth and Religion and Sticky Faith. We will assess how the results of those findings can equip us to effectively structure our congregations in ways that will improve spiritual formation.
