There are times when leaders allow their sense of identity to be determined by how others respond to them rather than how God has responded in Jesus Christ. Leading from the blessing of God as opposed to for the blessing of others will set leaders free to truly lead, risk, and sacrifice for the sake of the body they are called to serve.
