Our annual Abiding in Christ Dinner is featuring Lyle Wells, President of Integrus Leadership. Lyle is a nationally recognized leadership strategist, communicator, and coach. With decades of experience empowering leaders in ministry, education, and business, Lyle brings a deeply biblical and refreshingly practical approach to leadership development.
A former pastor, educator, and Division I athlete, Lyle understands firsthand the unique challenges of leadership and the temptation to build personal platforms rather than God’s kingdom. Through Integrus Leadership, he equips leaders and teams to lead with integrity, clarity, and purpose—calling them not to prominence, but to faithfulness.
At this year’s Abiding in Christ event, Lyle will challenge us to embrace a new leadership mindset—one rooted in humility, service, and abiding in Jesus Christ. In a world captivated by status and self-promotion, he will remind us that the Church—and the world—desperately needs more servants leading, not more leaders building their own kingdoms.
