Most Churches of Christ have fewer than 150 members, with the average size of congregations in North America numbering just a little under 100. Smaller churches are not doomed to lackluster ministries because of their smaller size and few full-time staff members. This session will explore how to build and encourage powerful, vibrant ministries in smaller congregations.
