When we go to the doctor, our vital signs provide a quick assessment of our health, and a good patient acts on his physician’s instructions to improve health. Likewise, Jesus and His team of disciples provide us with vital signs indicating the health of our elder teams. Our Great Physician gives us instructions on how to become a healthy elder, who can then be a catalyst to produce a healthy elder team, which can then produce a healthy church.
