Lynn Anderson -- Keepers of the Forest: Growing Leaders Who Grow Leaders

According to Ephesians 4:11-12, the bull’s eye of the Christian leader’s job description is to “equip the saints for ministry” (KJV) or “prepare God’s people for works of service” (NIV). But preparing people for service is no small challenge if we are to keep pace with the expanding needs of growing churches. This session—which is meant for seasoned, new, or future elders—explores this challenge as well as the ways to find and multiply potential equippers.
