Judy Siburt -- Who Signed Me Up for This? Surviving and Thriving as a Church Leader's Spouse

Serving and ministering as the spouse of a church leader can carry a number of joys and challenges. Some of the realities that will be explored in this session are: the importance of realistic expectations of others and of yourself; awareness and management of triangles, (“he said, she said”); confidential information, “to share or not to share;” how to handle anxious and difficult people when they are critical of your spouse; and friendships and the important boundaries of leadership.
