Phil McKinney -- Running on Fumes: Soul Care for Spiritual Leaders

Spiritual leaders cannot lead people spiritually if they are not spiritually led! Often spiritual leaders spend so much time helping others that they neglect their own spiritual growth and renewal. It is then that they find themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually burnt out and running on fumes. This workshop will focus on the importance of leaders’ personal spiritual growth and will provide practical ways for leaders to accomplish this growth through daily practices and mutual accountability.
