OKVMA Fall Conference & Trade Show

• Discounted Registration Fee is $150 if you register and pay online by credit card before September 11, 2026.
• After September 11, 2026 Regular Registration fee is $175
• No Refunds after September 11, 2026
• If unable to attend someone can attend in your place
• Full refunds will be given if conference is cancelled

Registration includes: 2 Continental Breakfasts, 1 lunch, & afternoon refreshments

MUST PRE-REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 21, 2026.  SPACE MAY BE LIMITED. REGISTRATIONS AFTER THIS DATE MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.  AN ADDITIONAL $25 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REGISTRATIONS MADE AFTER THIS DATE.  

September 29th - pretest study session for unlicensed applicators (class limited to the first 75) 

Please submit form for each person all the way through and make sure you receive emails confirming registration. (Email now comes from Campus Payments, replies back to Agconferences)

State, County, and City agencies that cannot pay by credit card: We meet the State requirements to pay with government issued and state p-cards.  1. Discounted registration is given for cc payments

2. Substitute can attend in place
