OKVMA Fall Conference & Trade Show

OKVMA Fall Conference being held at the Hard Rock on October 2-3, 2024. 

  • Discounted Registration Fee is $135 if you register and pay online by credit card before September 11, 2024.
  • After September 11, 2024 Regular Registration fee is $175
  • No Refunds after September 11, 2024
  • If unable to attend someone can attend in your place
  • Full refunds will be given if conference is cancelled

Registration includes: 2 Continental Breakfasts, 1 lunch, & afternoon refreshments

MUST PRE-REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 26, 2024.  SPACE MAY BE LIMITED. REGISTRATIONS AFTER THIS DATE MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.  AN ADDITIONAL $25 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL REGISTRATIONS TAKEN AFTER THIS DATE.  

October 1st - pretest study session for unlicensed applicators (class limited to the first 75)

We meet the State requirements to pay with government issued and state p-cards. 

1. discounted registration is given for cc payments 2. substitute can attend in place 3. full refund will be given if conference is cancelled

  • Continue to check out, please submit form for each person all the way through and make sure you receive emails confirming registration.
  •   Reply back to that confirmation email and attach a copy of Purchase order (email comes from: agconferences@okstate.edu). 
  • We will email you an invoice within 5-10 business days after the completion of the conference.
