The OSU Beef Industry Conference is a select educational program oriented toward cattle operators (whether seedstock, cow-calf, stocker, or feedlot) and beef industry leaders in Oklahoma. Its purpose is to address issues and research of importance to the beef industry in Oklahoma. Industry-leading speakers will provide current, practical solutions related to water intake in cattle, by-product feeds in beef cattle production, animal disease traceability and indentification, and cattle and beef markets.
Participants get to attend the Beef Cattle Research Field Day for FREE with registration to the OSU Beef Industry Conference. The field day is October 24th, 2019, and the conference will be held October 25, 2019, in Stillwater, OK.
Registration is due by October 18, 2019 and costs $75. Late registration will cost $100.

Beef Cattle Research Field Day:

Participants will tour OSU beef cattle research facilities, learn about beef cattle research updates, and have an interactive discussion of beef cattle research at OSU and how it benefits cattlemen in Oklahoma. This will be followed by dinner and music.
Beef Industry Conference:
October 25, 2019 / 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. / OSU Conoco-Phillips Alumni Center
Participants will learn from industry-leading speakers how to improve stocker profitability and cow efficiency, upcoming changes in animal disease traceability and identification, and value of by-product feeds in beef cattle production.
