The OSU Beef Industry Conference is a select educational program oriented toward cattle operators (whether seedstock, cow-calf, stocker, or feedlot) and beef industry leaders in Oklahoma. Its purpose is to address issues and research of importance to the beef industry in Oklahoma. Industry-leading speakers will provide current, practical solutions related to water intake in cattle, by-product feeds in beef cattle production, animal disease traceability and indentification, and cattle and beef markets.
The conference will be held October 24 - 25, 2019, in Stillwater, OK. Registration is due by October 18, 2019 and costs $75. Late registration will cost $100.
