Beef Industry Conference
The OSU Beef Industry Conference is a select educational program oriented toward cattle operators (whether seedstock, cow-calf, stocker, or feedlot) and beef industry leaders in Oklahoma. Its purpose is to address issues and research of importance to the beef industry in Oklahoma. Industry-leading speakers will provide current, practical solutions related to improving artificial insemination success, anaplasmosis control, use of dart guns to treat cattle and new marketing opportunities. The conference will be held October 18 - 19, 2018, in Stillwater, OK. Registration is due by October 12, 2018 and costs $75. Late registration will cost $100. Pre-Conference Hands-on Beef Quality Assurance and Ranch Horse Demonstration: October 18, 2018 – Totusek Arena, dinner at 6:00 pm. Beef Industry Conference: October 19, 2018 – Conoco-Phillips Alumni Center, 9:00 am. If you wish to pay with check, please make checks payable to: OSU Animal and Food Science Department.
