  • Sponsors of $3,000 or more receive a link to their website in the on-line list.

Cancellation Policy/Legal

Cancellations must be received by January 17, 2018 to receive a refund, less a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations received January 17, 2018 or later will not receive any refund. Substitutions allowed for exhibitors; no refunds for no-shows or cancelled additional exhibitors. An exhibitor packet with full details will be emailed to you. For rentals prior to November 15, 30% of the booth fee is due 30 days after the registration date. The 70% balance will be billed to you on November 15, 2017 and due by January 17, 2018. For booth rentals after November 15, 2017 full payment will be due upon registration. IGSHPA photographs and videotapes its conferences, expo and training classes; by attending you are giving permission to use your likeness in future publications and promotions.
