Winthrop Region Small Business Development Center provide existing business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, assistance through one-on-one private consultations, access to resources and training programs to the local community.  Areas of assistance include but are not limited to strategic planning, marketing, exports, and government contracting and financial projections.
