A permanent record of each student's courses, credits, and grades earned is maintained in the Records & Registration Office. Transcripts are provided upon request of the student. Transcripts are withheld from those students and former students who have unpaid accounts with the University. You may also request a replacement diploma from the Records & Registration Office. It may take up to 6 weeks to receive your replacement diploma.
