Self-Pay - Students, please check with your institution to see if they will cover your registration cost before you pay. We may not be able to refund your purchase.

UCUR 2026 Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review the following cancellation and refund policy for the Utah Conference on Undergraduate Research (UCUR) 2026.

General Cancellation Policy

  • Written Notice Required:
    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our@weber.edu. Please include the following in your request:

    • Registrant's full name

    • Email address used for registration

    • Institution/University

  • Registration Transfers:
    If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another individual from your institution at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to our@weber.edu before the start of the conference.

Refund Deadline

  • Full Refund (minus administrative fee): 
    Cancellation requests received on or before February 10, 2026, will receive a full refund, less any applicable administrative processing fee.

  • No Refund:
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 10, 2026, or for individuals who do not attend the event ("no-shows").
