Friday, November 1st, 5:30-8pm, Parent Daughter Night

Saturday, November 2nd 11:30-2pm Parent Child Day

Location: Noorda Building, Ogden Campus
Ages: 7-12th graders
Cost: $10 per parent/child team

Event includes engineering activities and challenges, materials, guest speakers, swag and tacos.

Photo Release
In consideration of $0, I give Weber State University the absolute right and permission to use, publish, re-use, re-publish and distribute any photograph in which I may appear, as well as unlimited use in any advertising medium, whatsoever, without restrictions. I further release Weber State University from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this photo, including libel, slander, invasion of right of privacy, publicity or personality relating to the exercise of any rights referred to herein.

Participation Consent
I have been informed of the nature of the Activity, which my minor child wishes to participate in. I recognize that the Activity may involve moderate to strenuous physical activity and may cause property damage, injury, illness, mental or emotional trauma, disability, or death. I state that my minor child is free from any known heart, respiratory or other health problems that could prevent her or him from safely participating in the Activity. I consent to the participation of my minor child in the Activity.
