Dutch Oven Cooking & Gear Repair - November 21, 2023 - 6 pm - 8pm
Come learn the art of dutch oven cooking with us! While your tasty meals are sizzling we'll also cover general outdoor gear repairs that every outdoor enthusiast should know. All ingrediants and equipment will be provided. Feel free to bring any gear that you would like advice on repairing. All are welcome!

General Clinic Information

• No alcohol, drugs, or other substances are permitted on trips.
• Participants must abide by the WSU Student Code of Conduct
• For overnight trips - attendance at the pre-trip meeting (usually the Tuesday before the trip) is mandatory. Single day trips will likely not have a pre-trip meeting. You will be notified if there is a meeting for a single day trip.
• Ask any questions you might have about your ability to participate in trip activities before you register. While many of our trips are geared towards beginners, it is up to you to estimate your physical abilities in advance. Call the OP with questions: 801.626.6373
• Trip sign-up is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Full payment is due at the time of registration.

Refund Information

• I understand that by registering for a trip, I am committed to attend.
• If the trip is canceled by the WSU Outdoor Program, I will receive a 100% refund.
• I understand that if I cancel after the registration within 7 days of the scheduled program, I will not receive a refund.
• If I cancel my registration anytime prior the aforementioned 7 day refund deadline, I will receive a 50% refund of the registration cost.
• (For overnight trips) Attendance at the pre-trip meeting is mandatory. Those who do not attend may not be able to attend the trip and may not be given a refund.
