PLEASE NOTE – ALL CLINICS TAKE PLACE BETWEEN 1-5 P.M. ON SATURDAY AND OVERLAP. YOU CAN ONLY DO ONE CLINIC. PLEASE SIGN UP FOR ONLY THE CLINIC YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING.

Rope rescue in single pitch terrain. We will start with knots and hitches, and progress to using those tools for belay takeovers, load transfers, and mechanical advantages. This will require only beginner knowledge of knots and climbing vocabulary.

Students will:
• Have a bigger tool box to pull from when outside with participants
• Have an increased knowledge of tools available to them and know when and how to use them

Necessary Equipment:
• Harness, Small prussik loop, 4-foot sling, 3 or 4 free locking carabiners, Helmet (depending on venue)
