NOTE: Payroll deduction can only be processed for yearly memberships by Faculty/Staff who are currently employed by USF on-line position.

NEW F/S Members Only - a copy of USF ID must be sent in ADVANCE to campusrec@usf.edu in being able to choose this online system to purchase membership agreement.

FULL ACCESS Memberships - Deductions will be taken out of 15 consecutive pay periods.

The fee is based upon status printed on your USF ID which must state Faculty or Staff only.

Prerequisites:

Please send proof of USF Faculty/Staff ID Card to campusrec@usf.edu in advance to purchase this membership.
- To obtain a USF Faculty/Staff ID, please visit the USF Card Center and request an Faculty/Staff Card, examples below:
Must have a valid Recreation Membership to be eligible to access any Recreational Facilities.

General Information:

The fee will be calculated based on the chosen Membership type and access requested.
Membership & Access Types:

FULL ACCESS - Includes use of our main Recreation Center (REC), as well as The FIT.
- The FIT is located in The Village on the north side of campus.

Amenities:

Locker rooms are available at both Recreational Facilities.
Rental lockers are only available at the main Recreation Center.
- The FIT only has day use lockers; no rental lockers available.
- Must bring own personal lock or purchase a combination lock ($6.05/plus tax) at time of purchase of rental locker.
  - To purchase locker service requires in-person process; must come to the Membership Services Office during operational hours are from Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5pm; closed on Friday's (only online orders will be processed) (excluding holidays & semester breaks).

All Memberships purchased after 5pm and/or on weekends will be updated the following business day.

If I leave the University before my membership expires and payroll deduction is not completed, I understand that I am responsible for any remaining fees due.
