University Affiliate Memberships | New & Renewal

Affiliate Membership: New or Renewals can purchase a membership online. The fee is based upon access type and status printed on your USF ID card.

Prerequisites:

• Must have a valid USF ID Card to be eligible.
• Please send proof of USF ID Card to campusrec@usf.edu in advance to purchase this membership.
• Restrictions may apply based upon previous recreation memberships purchased.

NEW MEMBERS ONLY:  A copy of USF ID must be sent to campusrec@usf.edu in ADVANCE of being able to choose this online system to purchase membership.

• The fee will be calculated based on the membership type and access chosen from drop down menu and added to cart.

Affiliate Categories printed on USF ID Card:  Adjunct Faculty, Courtesy, Courtesy Faculty, House Staff, OPS Staff, Post Doc Scholar, Prof. Emeritus, Retiree, Trustee & Visiting Scholar. 

General Information:

• FULL ACCESS includes use of main Recreation Center & The FIT.
• The FIT is located in The Village on the north side of campus.

Amenities:
Locker rooms are available at both recreational facilities. 

• The main Rec Center has rental locker available for renting on either monthly or yearly basis. 
• The FIT satellite facility only has day use lockers.  No rental lockers available. 
• Must bring own personal lock or purchase a combination lock ($6.05/plus tax) at time of purchase of rental locker.
• To purchase locker service requires in person process. Must come to Membership Services office Monday - Thursday from 9am - 5pm; Closed on Friday's (only online orders processed) excluding holidays & semester breaks.

All memberships purchased after 5pm or on weekends will be updated the following business day.

• NOTE: Must have a valid membership to be eligible to access the recreational facilities.
