Overview:

The Joint Composite & Advanced Materials Sustainment (JCAMS) Annual Meeting is an annual event for government and military officials, industry leaders, manufacturers, engineers, and other technical experts focusing on the manufacturing, tooling, deployment, and repair of advanced composite materials in a defense setting.

Registration:

Registration closes 14 March 2024. Registration is free and open to US Citizens from US Government Military and Civilian Service, industry, and academia. Please see below for registration link. Foreign nationals will be approved to attend on a case-by-case basis. Please note: Dress code is uniform of the day for military and business casual for civilians.

For triple and quadruple occupancy there is a $20.00 additional charge per adult (18 years or older) per room per night, with maximum occupancy of four (4) persons per room.

The following payment methods are accepted: A valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card, with expiration date, is required to guarantee each Guest's reservation.

There is a parking deck attached to the Hotel. Self parking for overnight guests is $20.00 per car per night. Valet parking for overnight guests is available at the rate of $28.00 per car.
