Keep your current address and your contact phone numbers up to date.

If your e-mail address changes, be sure to update it so you will receive your order and shipping confirmations. Also, change your password regularly for increased security.

If available, you can securely save new payment methods or update existing ones -- for instance, update your credit card expiration date.

Dropping a Class and Refund Policy You can withdraw from a class for a full refund, less a $20 service fee, up to 5 business days before the first class meets by written request. The refund policy is: • Classes cancelled by Customized Education at anytime - 100% refund. • Student withdrawals 5 business days prior to first class session - 100% refund, less $20 service fee • Student withdrawals LESS than five working days prior to first class - NO REFUND. • Student withdrawals after class begins or no appearance in class - NO REFUND. Written requests to withdraw from a class must be initiated by the student, received 5 business days prior to the first class session, and may be submitted by email ( or in person at the Customized Education office (1 Santa Fe Plaza, Suite 100, Oklahoma City). The written request must contain the following: Student name Student ID number Email Address Class Name Class ID A brief statement requesting the refund, signature and date Credit card payments will be credited to the account used for payment. All other refunds will be issued to the student by check and mailed to the student’s address on record. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance and the class instructor cannot grant a withdrawal or a refund. If you fail to withdraw using the guidelines listed above, you will not receive any refund. This policy applies to all Customized Education classes unless otherwise stated and reserves the right to amend this policy for specialized events, programs, and courses. The University of Central Oklahoma Customized Education office does have other refund policies that are used for specialty classes and events. Always be sure to read the policy that you must agree to when registering for a class. Class Cancellations The University of Central Oklahoma Customized Education office reserves the right to cancel classes, change instructors, switch rooms, and combine classes when absolutely necessary. In some instances, classes with low enrollment may be cancelled. The decision to cancel a class is typically determined 24 to 48 hours before the class is scheduled to start. We will make every effort to notify you of a class change or cancellation. Be sure that your contact information with a current email address and daytime phone number is up to date on your registration. If a class is cancelled by the Customized Education office, you will be given the choice to receive a full refund or transfer to another class.
