Classes begin Thursday, October 20 and run through November 10. They are held every Thursday from 6:30pm - 8:00pm in FPA 123.
This yoga series will focus on finding alignment and fluidity in the yoga poses, leading to a greater sense of kinesthetic awareness, more stability in the joints, and more strength in our core muscle groups. We will spend time in each pose, challenging ourselves to go deeper into them when appropriate or to back off and focus on their subtleties. We will use props to make the poses accessible for all participants. Ultimately, we will create a practice that helps us show up for ourselves fully; embodying our inner courage to be who we are and love every minute of it.
