Welcome to the Sponsorship and Luncheon RSVP site.

The Regional Railroad Symposium is a free event to celebrate and document of the history and operations of railroads in the Ark-La-Tex-oma region.  Everyone is welcome.  A special invitation is extended to all former and current employees and their families to come and share recollections of their railroad days.

To keep the event programs free, external financial support through sponsorships is necessary.  You or your company could be recognized as a Symposium Sponsor of the upcoming, or future, event!  Multiple sponsorship levels are available.  All sponsorship contributions are tax deductible.  Select the Sponsorship Donations link below for more information on becoming a sponsor.   Additional information is also provided on the Symposium Sponsorship Opportunities page.

To become a Symposium Sponsor, simply select the sponsorship level of your choice on the Sponsorship Donations page linked below and pay for your sponsorship with a credit card or electronic check upon check-out.

If you would prefer to send a check, you may complete, print, sign, and submit the Sponsorship Form available on the Sponsorship Opportunities page on the Event Website, along with appropriate payment as directed on form.  Please drop Jason a note when you send your form and payment so it will be expected and your sponsorship can be processed promptly.

If you wish to make a significant sponsorship contribution in excess of the Gold Spike ($500) level, please contact Jason to discuss an appropriate means of acknowledgement.

Sponsorships are accepted anytime, but must be confirmed by three weeks prior to the symposium to ensure inclusion in our major print materials in order to meet printing deadline for the current year's event.   Sponsorships confirmed after this date may still be acknowledged on the website, on limited printed materials, and at the event, or may be applied to and fully acknowledged the next year's event.  If use of your company logo is authorized for acknowledging your sponsorship on our promotional materials, please confirm this authorization during checkout and please email Jason a high resolution logo graphic, if available.

*A dedicated account to support the Symposium has been established through the Texas A&M University-Commerce Foundation.  Sponsorship contributions will be deposited to this account.  A receipt verifying your tax deductible contribution will be sent by the Foundation upon deposit.

The Symposium Committee reserves the right to decline any sponsorship offer, at it's discretion.

Please follow the Luncheon Reservation link below to RSVP for the luncheon meal.  Meal payments, if applicable, are accepted on-site only, at time of registration on the Saturday of the event.  Prior Reservations are required by the Tuesday prior to the event.

TAMUC Procurement Cards (ProCards) should not be used to make purchases on MarketPlace.  University staff and faculty who wish to purchase products from MarketPlace stores should process an Interdepartmental Transfer (IDT).
