***Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - Effective October 1st, 2017

Appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled through email!

Exams require an administration fee that must be paid prior to exams. All administration fees* paid to our testing center are non-refundable. The fees must be paid here through the University’s Testing Center marketplace website at least 24-hours in advance of the exam.
*Administration fees are subject to change without prior notice.

NOTE: Administration and test fees may not be transferable to another date or refunded if you are not allowed to test due to not having the proper identification, arriving late, or violating other Testing Center policies and procedures. Testers who do not call to cancel or reschedule their exam prior to their test day are considered 'no shows' and must repay the administration fee to reschedule their exam.

Cancellation Policy
Exams must be cancelled within 24 to 72* (for a Monday exam date) hours prior to the scheduled test date. To cancel your exam, call the Testing Center at 903.886.5122 before 5:00 p.m. closing time Monday-Friday and speak with a member of our staff.

* Teacher Practice Exams must be cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment.
*The ACT-Residual must be cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.

Rescheduling Policy Testers who cancel exam appointments according to our cancellation policy (within 24hrs or 72hrs for Monday exams), may reschedule once without penalty. In order to reschedule without forfeiting any administration and test fees (excluding exams through a third-party), the rescheduled exam must take place within 60 days of the cancellation date. Exams not taken within the 60 days will require the tester to pay the administration fee again in order to schedule another testing date. Some third-party testing agencies may have cancellation/reschedule fees and will need to be contacted separately from our Testing Center (see our website for a list agencies).
