WebAIM Training, May 17th - College Station


Texas A&M-Commerce and Texas A&M University in College Station are working together to offer training presented by WebAIM, a global leader in web accessibility.

WebAIM provides instruction on bringing web pages and other electronic information into accessibility compliance. This training will provide essential information for web designers, developers, program managers, quality assurance experts or anyone interested in gaining new skills of accessibility.

• This training session will teach everything from basic web accessibility principles to advanced accessibility techniques.
• Learn what you need to know to ensure that your web site meets legal guidelines and international standards.
• Learn technical accessibility codes.

Training Information:
• Date: May 17, 2018
• Time: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
• Location: LL43A Health Professions Education Bldg. (HPEB) - Texas A&M Health Science Center Campus; Bryan, Texas (link to map)
• Training Fee: $500 (Note, the average cost for one trainee is about $2,500 as the training is held in Utah. This includes training, airfare, hotel, transportation, and per diem)
• Lunch will be provided
