Jennifer Nedelsky is Professor in the Faculty of Law and Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto. Her current work is concentrated on feminist theory, theories of judgment, and the transformation of norms of work and care. Her most recent book is
Law’s Relations: A Relational Theory of Self, Autonomy, and Law
(Oxford University Press, 2012). She is close to completing a book on
Judgment in Law and Life,
and she is currently working on a book tentatively titled,
Part Time for All: Creating New Norms of Work and Care.
