2027 Fordham National Basketball Negotiation Competition

The Fordham Sports Law Forum is currently accepting registrations for its 2027 National Basketball Negotiation Competition. Please note: In order to complete your registration, for each team participating, you MUST: (1) fill out this form, and (2) ensure that the registration fee is received. (Maximum of two teams per school).

The competition’s preliminary rounds will be held on Friday, January 29th. The final rounds will be held on Saturday, January 30th. This will be an in-person event held at Fordham University School of Law, located at 150 West 62nd Street, New York, NY. If we are unable to host the competition in person, it will be held online via Zoom. We will keep everyone updated as we receive more information.

Registration will close on Friday, December 18, 2026, and all payments will be due no later than Monday, December 21, 2026. Any team that has not submitted both the registration form and the registration fee by that date will forfeit its spot in the competition.

Registration Fee: $750 per team of 2 competitors, $50 late fee (If you sign up past Friday, December 11, 2026), $100 per coach
