CLE CREDITS
Continuing legal education credits have been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board for a maximum of 6 transitional and nontransitional credits: 4 ethics and 2 professional practice.


PROGRAM
The event will feature diverse professional perspectives on concussion, including those of medical and clinical practitioners discussing diagnosis, treatment, and psychological impact, as well as litigators focused on protection and prevention from the standpoint of future civil and criminal cases. Panelists will explore issues that have emerged since the NFL Players’ Concussion Injury Litigation class action settlement, as well as the impact of concussion on female athletes and in a range of different sports. Speakers will also address protection and rehabilitation in the context of military personnel who have suffered concussion in battle.
