HACCP Training Course

Prairie View A&M is pleased to offer an in-person Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification course. This class will take place on the Prairie View A&M University campus at the Meat Science Center on June 3-4, 2025. This is a certified course, and all participants receive a HACCP Certification upon successful completion of the course. The cost of the course is $500.00 per person, and each attendee will be responsible for their own travel, and lodging. Snacks and meals will be provided during the sessions.
