The One Stop is excited to announce the 2026 Lightning's Virtual 5K Dash! The virtual 5k will allow students, family, friends, and the community to join together to support a great cause. A virtual 5k can be completed at any location, any day, or any time you choose. You can run, walk, or roll on the road, on a trail, or even use the MTSU self-guided walking tour on campus. As a participant, you will be able to share or post a picture of yourself in your favorite surrounding.  We encourage you to share your photos and race time on MTSU Facebook and Instagram pages using the hashtag #LightningsVirtual5K to show your support and encourage others to do the same. Show off your Blue Raider spirit!
