Certificate of Professional Selling for Life-Long Learners is an ideal course for anyone who responsible for interacting with the public on behalf of their organization, such as business owners, salespeople, sales support or operations and service personnel. During this course, the student will develop an understanding of the sales process while enhancing their understanding of business-to-business or business-to-consumer relationship development. (i.e., Communication, networking, and professionalism). We will demonstrate the importance of customer relationship management (CRM) database utilization. Participants will learn methods for coaching, evaluation, and critical feedback skills. Additionally, instruction will include proper ethical, professional, and business behaviors.
