Medical Locked Storage will not issue refunds for any individual items. 

All sales are final. Please ensure that the items you plan to purchase are the ones you need, in the size you need (if applicable). We are happy to show you an item or let you try it on, before you make your purchase.

In addition, when you come to pick up your items you will need to provide us with photo identification. If you do not have photo identification, we are not obligated to give you your order. You can pick up your items at room 016 in the Health and Human Services building.  We do not deliver or ship items.
