INACTIVE STUDENT ACCOUNT PAYMENTS:

Information that is needed to process the payment:

• First and Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Current Address
• Phone Number
• Amount
• Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
• Name of Payee and Phone Number
• Optional: Student User ID, Student Number

THIRD-PARTY SPONSORSHIP PAYMENTS:

Information that is needed to process the payment:

• Name of the Company
• Company Contact
• ID Number (ex: X00……)
• Semester (ex: Spring 2026)
• Amount
