The Mooreland Rose Garden Memorial/Honorarium Fund supports the maintenance and upkeep of the vibrant Mooreland Gardens.
The Mooreland Rose Garden, or "Mother's Garden" was originally established in 1900 along with the house. The beds have been lovingly restored using blueprints found in the basement and continue to be maintained by the Mooreland Restoration Garden volunteers. Although there were no records of the types of roses that Mrs. Moore had, a variety of hardy old English roses, shrubs and hybrid teas are acquired through gifts and memorials to replicate the color scheme.
Suggested minimum donation of $40.00.
