Your selective admission application (i.e. RN, PN, DH) is the pivotal document in creating your selective admission file. Please submit it immediately upon receipt of the packet. Kaplan/ACT results and/or transcripts are not required prior to submittal of the application.

Nursing (RN) and Dental Hygiene (DH) application packets may be downloaded from www.jccc.edu. Type your program of interest into the search box and follow the related links. Or, you may stop by the JCCC Success Center, 2nd floor of the Student Center, to pick one up.

Reminder: Test fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different test date. Registration deadline is 8 a.m. on the business day prior to the test date.
