Calculator Rental Agreement

Johnson County Community College - Math Resource Center TI-83 and TI-84 Calculator Rental Program for JCCC mathematics students in JCCC Math 120 or above. A $25.00 non-refundable fee is required for a one-semester rental and students must agree to the STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES listed below in order to rent a calculator.

Calculator Rental Authorization STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) I assume full responsibility for the calculator.
2) I agree to return the calculator in good working order or replace it with the same model of calculator in good condition by 12:00pm on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
3) If I withdraw from my math class and the calculator is not required for a different math class this semester, I agree to return the calculator in good working order or replace it with the same model of calculator in good condition, as soon as I have withdrawn from the class.
4) I understand that failure to return or replace the calculator as indicated above:
* will result in the withholding of my transcript and grades,
* will prevent me from enrolling in future classes at JCCC, and
* will mean that a replacement fee of up to $115.00 will be added to my JCCC student account balance.
