Competitors’ Itinerary
Thursday November 6th 

Competitors can drop off equipment, food storage, and kitchen walk through from 9am to 4pm, please send information on your arrival time. JCCC is here to help deliver the best learning environment possible the more information we have the more we can assist you. There is limited set up space available please let me know your needs for scheduling. 


Friday November 7th 
5:00am – Kitchens open and building open. Competitors can enter building.
7:00am – Breakfast burritos and coffee for competitors
6:15am – judges meeting 
First competitor enters kitchen at 7:00am, please note we have 3 kitchens running at the same time. 140 will be for SK categories, 142 and 146 will be for SPK categories. 
Lunch will be on your own 
Critics – we will try to get them done in the kitchen just following the clean up section. 
Awards – 4:00 approximately 

Saturday November 8th Student, and professional categories 
5:00am – Kitchens and building open, Competitors can enter building.
7:00am – Breakfast burritos and coffee for competitors. 
6:15am – judges meeting 
First competitor enter kitchen – 7:00am
Competitors on their own for lunch 
Critics if all goes as planned, we will get the critics done following the clean up section of the competition. 
Awards – 4:00 approximately 

Prices range from $50.00 to $250.00 (price depends on options selected)
