Sponsorship Options:

Platinum Level: $1,750

•    Classroom provided for an educational session offered during lunch.
•    Premier presentation spot at Exhibition Hall for conference attendees during breakfast, breaks, lunch and reception. Includes one exhibitor table to showcase your product/service and collateral.
•    Meals for one representative ($25.00 for any additional representatives).
•    Two drink tickets for reception.
•    Recognition in the following:

• o    Pre-conference promotional materials including emails and conference webpage
• o    Tabletop signage provided by the sponsor
• o    Logo featured in conference brochure and on rotating presentation screen before the meeting begins, during breaks and lunch

•    Conference attendee list provided following the conference.

Gold Level: $1,750

•    Presentation spot at Exhibition Hall for conference attendees during breakfast, breaks, lunch and reception. Includes one exhibitor table to showcase your product/service and collateral

•    Meals for one representative ($25.00 for any additional representatives).

Silver Level: $750

• o    Logo featured in conference brochure and on rotating presentation screen prior to the meeting, during breaks and over lunch.

•    Conference attendee list provided following the conference.

Setup Details for In Person Sponsorships:
•    Location of Booth: 1st come, 1st served, potential booth locations will be shared once sponsorship information is received.
•    Booth: 8x5 booth with 1 six-foot table, 2 chairs, and power if needed. Most tables will have 1 foot on either side of the table.
•    Setup Time: 6am-7:15am on Friday, September 18, 2026
•    Exhibitor Schedule:

• o    Exhibitors can open at 7:15am,  Registration and Breakfast are tentatively set for 7:15am-8am.
• o    Conference is tentatively set for 8am-5pm.
• o    Reception is tentatively set for 4:00-5:00pm

•    Teardown Time: Exhibitors will have access to conference attendees until 5pm. Teardown can occur after that time. If you need to leave prior to 5pm, please share your departure time.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before 5 PM Central Standard Time on September 1, 2026. $250 administrative fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be administered after September 1, 2026.
