Conference Overview:
This one-day conference will focus on building your expertise to provide simulation using best practices to enhance healthcare education and improve patient safety outcomes.

Healthcare Educators, Practitioners and Simulation Staff:
Physicians, Nurses, Respiratory Care, Emergency Medical Services, Allied Health,
Psychologists, Behavioral Sciences, Simulation Operations Specialists.

Conference Objectives:

1) Explore the current state of health professions and the journey towards competency based education.
2) Discuss how the 30 Minute Weekly Initiative promotes interprofessional collaboration and patient safety improvement within healthcare and academic settings.
3) Examine the impact of distance simulation and other digital technologies usage during the pandemic.
