Terms of Agreement
The rental fee is non-refundable.
If the calculator or any part thereof (instruction book) is missing or damaged upon return, the renter will be responsible for the current replacement cost.
The calculator and book are due by 6pm on the Friday of finals for the semester/session in which the calculator was rented, to the Student Government office (WU 225).
The late fee is the amount of the rental fee as of the time the office closes (6pm) on the Friday of finals for each semester/session. In addition, the Bursar will place a hold on the renter's academic records rendering the renter unable to register. If circumstances warrant, an extension may be granted by contacting the Student Government Office at 481-6586 (this must be done before 6pm on the last day of finals for the semester/session in which the calculator was rented.)
Students will be required to sign the Graphing Calculator Rental Agreement in the SGA office to complete the rental agreement.
