The Idea Shop presents exciting new opportunities for undergraduate students at the Illinois Institute of Technology. The 13000 sq. ft. facility located at University Technology Park is equipped with a state-of-the-art rapid prototyping lab, collaborative teaming areas, hands-on workspace, formal classroom space, an app development lab. IIT's digital library is accessible via 50 iPads that are available for use in the Idea Shop. Equipped with 3D-ready, multifunction projectors and the ability to videoconference, the Idea Shop offers an environment that elevates the educational experience and inspires interaction across professional programs.
