Academic credit is awarded to students with current industry licenses and certifications who are working toward a CNM program within the same field to which they currently obtain a license or certificate. Simply present the appropriate Credit for Prior Learning Form, your government issued ID, proof of payment for the CPL processing fee, and a copy of your current license or certification to any Enrollment Services Office or email all required documentation to askgrad@cnm.edu to initiate the approval process.
If you have a current, verifiable industry credential that is not listed on the Credit for Industry Credentials website and it is directly related to your program of study, you may submit a Request for Evaluation of Prior Learning along with a copy of your credential to the Grad & Eval Office at askgrad@cnm.edu. There is no fee for requesting an evaluation and you do not need to include a CPL form.
