Artemisia's and 1898 are student-run classroom labs of the Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts (THCA) department at St. Philip's College. Artemisia’s is located on the fourth floor at THCA, which offers a banquet fine dining experience, while 1898 offers elevated casual dining service on the first floor at THCA.  It features various groups of students who collaborate to prepare, coordinate, and serve meals of various styles and cuisines.

Dining at SPC - Reservations & Guidelines. 
1898

1.  Offers service on Wednesday for evening service, Thursday for lunch service, and Friday for Lunch service.

2.  The price for service will be $15.00 per person.  Meal and limited beverages.

Lunch

Doors open at 11:30 AM, Service Time will be 11:45 AM.

Dinner

Doors open at 6:00 PM, Service Time will be at 6:15 PM.

**********Please note that any patrons arriving 30 minutes after opening the doors open will forfeit their Reservations due to class schedule format***************

3.  Reservations can only be used for that specific meal. They cannot be honored on any other day.4. Due to unforeseen circumstances, seat availability and menu may change with little or no notice.
