Welcome to Alamo Colleges District Marketplace Mall  Artemisia's and 1898 are student-operated classroom labs of the Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts (THCA) department at St. Philip's College. Artemisia’s is located on the fourth floor at THCA, which offers a banquet fine dining experience, while 1898 offers elevated casual dining service on the first floor at THCA.  It features various groups of students who collaborate to prepare, coordinate, and serve meals of various styles and cuisines.  Join us at Artemisia’s or 1898 location in the new Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts (THCA) building and see what our students are preparing! Dining at SPC - Reservations & Guidelines.    1898     1.  Service is on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday for Lunch Service (please view calendar dates and menu selection. 2.  The price for service will be $15.00 per person.  Meal and limited beverages.                Price may change depending on the Level of service (Casual Dining versus Formal Dining) Lunch  Doors open and service begins at 11:30 AM. Dinner No Service **********Please note that any patrons arriving 15 minutes after opening the doors will forfeit their Reservations due to class schedule format**************. 3.  Reservations can only be used for that specific meal.     1.  Offers service on Tuesday for Lunch, Wednesday for Lunch and Thursday for Dinner.  Tuesday and Thursday services are offered by our International Cuisine class and Wednesday service is offered by our Advance Resturant Managment class.   2.  The Price for service will be $18.98 per person. Meal and limited beverages.        Lunch  Doors open and Service begans at 11:30 AM.
