Artemisia's and 1898 are student operated classroom labs of the Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts (THCA) department at St. Philip's College. Artemisia’s is located on the fourth floor at THCA which offers banquet fine dining experience while 1898 offers elevated casual dining service on the first floor at THCA. It features various groups of students who collaborate to prepare, coordinate and serve meals of various styles and cuisines.
