Friday, December 4th, 2026 @ 5:30-8:00 P.M.

Vendor Table Registration: 
$50 10x10 area, one table, 2 chairs, without electricity
$50 adjoining 10x10 area additional table, 2 chairs without electricity 
Food Truck/Food Vendor Registration:
$100 per food vendor without electricity or water hookups, and vendor is responsible for obtaining any associated city permit requirements. No Refunds!

Prior to Day of Sales
1. Vendors must be properly registered with Northeast Lakeview College. Vendors and Food Trucks MUST register and pay by November 4, 2026. 
2. It is the vendor and food truck's responsibility to read and abide by the rules and responsibilities set forth by Northeast Lakeview College.
3. Obtain any required city permit requirements (example food sales permit).

Set Up Time
Vendor Setup is Friday, December 4, 2026, from 12:00 pm-4:30 pm.

Rules and Responsibility of Vendors and Food Trucks/Food Vendors:
1. The area must be kept safe during hours of operation. Please keep lighting in mind with this being a night event.
2. The area must be left neat and orderly after the sale.
3. Vendors and Food Trucks/Food Vendors will conduct business in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner and without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.
4. Vendors and Food Trucks/Food Vendors will receive one warning for failure to comply with the above guidelines; a second infraction may result in immediate removal from the authorized vendor listing.
5. Violation of state and local ordinances and/or ACCD policies or Northeast Lakeview College procedures may result in expulsion from campus. Interpretation and enforcement of ordinances and policies remains at the discretion of Northeast Lakeview College or designated representative.
6. Vendors are NOT to request additional equipment or assistance from any college personnel during the event.

Additional Rules and Responsibility of Vendors:
1. Vendors must check-in with Northeast Lakeview College Staff to receive wristband prior to unloading any merchandise. Failure to do so can result in the removal from the authorized vendor listing.
2. You may drive into the vendor unloading/loading area to unload/load up until 4:00 pm.
3. All vendor vehicles must be moved to the Vendor Parking Lot by 4:00 pm. and booth setup complete by 4:30 pm. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the forfeiting of your booth space with no refund.
4. After 4:30 pm, please have a plan of transporting any materials you need to restock.
5. Vendors should arrange for someone to watch their merchandise while unloading and parking. Public Safety is not available to watch merchandise.
6. Vendors must provide their own equipment (carts, etc.) to load and unload their merchandise. No college equipment may be used.
7. Tents: You are responsible for bringing your own tent or canopy. Legs of tent must be secured with minimum of 10-pound weight per leg. This can be accomplished through sand and/or water buckets, or actual wrights. Failure to comply this requirement may result in forfeiting of your ability to have a tent for the duration of the event with NO REFUND.
8. Vendors must provide their own power source (if needed, quiet or whisper generators are welcome). We are not responsible for electrical shorts, power outages or non-operation of equipment. Any generators that do not have a muffler cover and cause disruption to other vendor booths, may be asked to turn off their generators or, in extreme cases, exit the event.
9.  Equipment (i.e. chairs, tables, and other display items) must remain within the designated display area.
10. Distribution of food and drinks is not allowed, unless it is a product that you have been approved to sell as an authorized vendor and has been approved by the College. Vendors selling food MUST provide their own covered booth.
11. Northeast Lakeview College reserves the right to refuse a vendor from selling certain products and services as recommended by Colleges Risk Management and/or Office of Legal Services. 
12. Credit Card sales are highly encouraged. ATMs may not be available.
13. All other Booths MUST be set up by 4:30 pm for inspection of weight per leg requirement (10lbs each per leg).

Additional Rules and Responsibility of Food Truck/Food Vendors:
1. Food Vendors must obtain a city permit through the City of Live Oak prior to event day and display the permit during operating hours at the event. 
2.  Must check in with Northeast Lakeview College Staff to receive wristband prior to setting up. Failure to do so can result in the removal from the authorized vendor listing.
3. You may drive into the food truck parking area until 4:00 pm. Only food trucks or vehicles pulling food trailers are allowed in this area.
4. If you have a food trailer, the tow vehicle must remain attached at all times.
5. All vendor vehicles must be moved to the Vendor Parking Lot by 4:00 pm.
6. After 4:00 pm, please have a plan of transporting any materials you need to restock from vendor parking.
7. Food Trucks/Food Vendors should arrange for someone to watch their merchandise while unloading and parking. Public Safety is not available to watch merchandise.

Closing of Event:
You may breakdown beginning at 9 pm.
NO Vehicles are permitted to be driven to unloading/loading area until AFTER 9:30 PM. This is a safety factor as many attendees will be leaving the campus.

Food trucks must wait until directed by DPS to leave AFTER 9:30 PM.

Security: Alamo College DPS will be on site for the duration of the event. NOTE: Northeast Lakeview College, and the Alamo Community College District, will not be held liable for theft of or damage to vendor property. The presence of DPS does not insure/guarantee protection.
