St. Philips College

Prices are set for facilities rentals and additional support services. No long-term rentals will be considered. Rentals are considered on a per occurrence basis so as to not interfere with the educational goals and purposes of the College District as set forth by the Board. College venue requested and support services personnel are per hour with a 4-hour minimum.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Facility Use Agreement. The lesser of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total fee set forth in Facility Use Agreement (Exhibit A) or the different deposit stated therein, unless waived therein, must be paid upon execution of this Agreement and is nonrefundable upon cancellation of scheduled Uses by Organization. Any amount paid, less the reservation deposit so calculated, shall be refundable provided that Alamo Colleges receives advance written notice of cancellation within the period set forth in Exhibit A.
